How Our Membership Works
Joining Simplicity Personal Training should feel clear, supportive, and pressure-free.
During your free consultation, we’ll explain how our coaching, memberships, and support work so you can decide if we’re the right fit for you.
Before starting, you’ll receive a written membership agreement outlining all terms, including payments, scheduling, and commitments — so there are no surprises.
A few things to know:

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period

Sessions are scheduled in advance to provide personalised coaching

Our coaches are fully qualified personal trainers who work closely as a team
