Most clients train 2–3 times per week, and depending on your plan, sessions generally work out to around $70–$75 each within your weekly membership.

Each session starts with a check-in and includes a tailored strength-based workout based on your goals, fitness level, and program phase.
Group classes are included as a bonus for personal training clients, but we do not offer a group-only membership.
