At Simplicity, group training are included as part of your personal training membership — giving you extra support, structure, and consistency alongside your one-on-one coaching.

They’re designed to support your personal training, not replace it.

You’ll train in a coach-led group environment that complements your individual program, helps you move more each week, and keeps motivation high.
